O'Dell found herself at the center of controversy late last week after it was revealed she was the woman Donald Trump was talking about during a recorded conversation between him and then-Access Hollywood host Billy Bush back in 2005.

Trump bragged to Bush that he tried to hit on O'Dell, who was married at the time.

"I moved on her and I failed. I'll admit it," he said on the tape. "I did try and f‑‑k her. She was married and I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, 'I'll show you where they have some nice furniture ...'"

A day after the release of the recording, the TV journalist released a statement about the GOP nominee's crude remarks.

"Politics aside, I'm saddened that these comments still exist in our society at all," she said. "When I heard the comments yesterday, it was disappointing to hear such objectification of women."

Despite heavy speculation, the source confirmed that the leaked Trump tape had "nothing to do" with the couple's split.

Zubulevich and O'Dell got married in 2005, just a year after she split with her first husband, Richard O'Dell.

The couple reportedly met after exchanging glances at an airport security line. They tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at a Santa Barbara resort attended by 62 people.
