Mom's hilarious note on the thermostat goes viral

Winter is coming, which means we'll be having to turn on the heat -- but one mom doesn't want her children to rush.

Michigan resident Autumn Brandon wrote a note to let her kids know when it's appropriate to put the heat on. It was so hilarious, she took to Facebook to share it:

The note claims that there are three conditions to being able to turn on the heat: bundling up, it being November and being the one who pays the gas bill. Seeing as her children probably don't pay the bill, they likely will never be in control of the thermostat.

Other parents seem to agree with Brandon -- the post has gone viral, garnering thousands of likes and comments.
