Olivia Newton-John stopped by BUILD Series NYC on October 3 to talk about her collaborative new album, "Liv On" with Beth Nielsen Chapman and Amy Sky, when she finally responded to that hilarious "Grease" fan theory!

For those who don't remember, actress Sarah Michelle Gellar took to social media to resurface a popular "Grease" rumor. The theory states that Sandy actually drowns at the beach in the beginning with Danny, and when she and Dany after driving off at the end, they're entering heaven. Crazy, right?!

Now "Grease's" original creator debunked the wild rumor, but thankfully, we got Sandy's account as well. In the video above, Olivia explains her thoughts on the theory. "I thought it was hilarious...If that's the case, we were the first zombie musical, we look pretty good considering."

It's safe to say, we're pretty glad it was all just a rumor!
