J.Crew celebrates making beautiful clothes for beautiful people at New York Fashion Week

Updated

For the Spring/Summer 2017 collection, J.Crew presented at Spring Studios, with a wide variety of models -- some were children, some looked to be in their 60s or 70s, some were curvier than others (something we saw in Christian Siriano's runway show as well), but all were beautiful, and so SO chic.

It's surely no surprise that every look was more fabulous than the previous, but it was a real testament to the versatility of the J.Crew brand that it truly can look great on anyone.

In a unique presentation that felt like a representation of the modern family in its truest, most honest form, J.Crew's spring collection was a breath of fresh air.

Take this pairing, for example:

If only we could all look so good at that age, right? The fashions were spectacular, as always, but the diversity was refreshing.

It's nice to be reminded during fashion week that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, ages and colors, and that great clothes can look amazing on anyone. J.Crew, you've done it again.
