Mia Farrow's officially a grandmother... again! The 71-year-old actress' daughter, Dylan Farrow, welcomed her first child with her husband, Dana, on Monday.

Mia is the mother of 12 children and now boasts 12 grandchildren. She adopted Dylan when she was just two weeks old in 1985.
The mother-daughter duo posed together on the red carpet back in April at the Time 100 Gala.
