Fake Florida doctor arrested for the second time

An alleged fake teen doctor has been arrested again.

19-year old Malachi Love-Robinson from Palm Beach Florida faces new charges of larceny and fraud.

Palm Beach Post reports that Love-Robinson was arrested Monday during a court hearing where his lawyers were asking to be removed from his case.

He was first arrested in February and charged with practicing medicine without a license, fraud, theft and faking a medical license.

Love-Robinson's attorneys were exploring a defense based on "limitations presented by the defendants medical health."

The so-called "Doctor Love" turned down a plea deal earlier this year in which he would have served a three year prison sentence.
