Kourtney Kardashian: I 'can't even wrap my head around' getting back with Scott Disick
Kourtney Kardashian is still ways away from ever getting back together with her ex, Scott Disick.
In a brand new preview clip from an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Kourtney is seen talking with her mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Khloe Kardashian, over a grand lunch of -- what else? -- chopped salads.

When the issue of Scott Disick's upcoming Las Vegas birthday party comes up, Kourtney reveals that she isn't sure how she feels.
"I don't know [if I'm going]," she tells her family. "I said I would have to decide last minute [and] see what's going on with the kids."
Of course, Kourtney shares three children with Disick: Mason, Penelope and Reign. The pair have been broken up for a while, though rumors of an alleged reconciliation have been swirling for a while. They remain best friends and live very close to one another.

"Scott invited me to his birthday party in las vegas, and I'm just not sure if I want to go," she confesses in the clip. "I mean, I'm so happy that Scott and I are getting along so well -- and that we're co-parenting -- but I think hanging out with Scott without the kids ... Scott can just take any little thing and run with it and think that, like, we're getting back together tomorrow."
"Right now, I can't even wrap my head around that idea," she continues. "There's so much work that would be involved, and I'm so not even there yet."
