iPhone Lovers, it's about that time again -- the new iPhone 7 is almost here. But there could be some changes you won't love.

The new model is rumored to have wireless headphone capabilities only -- meaning no headphone jack. Apple co-founder, Steve Wozniak, is urging the company not to go down that road, warning the move will "tick off a lot of people."

For Wozniak, the main issue is quality. He told Financial Review "I have cars where you can plug in the music, or go through Bluetooth, and Bluetooth just sounds so flat for the same music."

The former Apple boss also said he liked his current hardware, saying the "custom ear implants, they fit in so comfortable, I can sleep on them and everything."

Apple has a history of constantly changing its technology. If you remember correctly an upgrade to the charging port meant everyone had to buy new USB cords and chargers. So be weary of buying new headphones, unless they're bluetooth, if you plan to upgrade.

The rumored release date for this new device is said to be around early September.
