EXCLUSIVE: Sarah Hyland is 'very proud' of Ariel Winter's body confidence: 'She's beautiful inside and out'
Sarah Hyland is her onscreen sister Ariel Winter's biggest cheerleader.
When chatting with ET's Sophie Schillaci, Hyland gushed over her Modern Family co-star's body confident Instagram posts. "I'm proud that she's so accepting of her body. I mean, Ariel is like my little sister so I love her so, so much," she bragged. "I think she's beautiful inside and out."

The 25-year-old actress also hopes she too can promote a message of being comfortable in your own skin. "I think everybody is beautiful inside and out. No matter if your [have] chicken legs like me, or voluptuous like Ariel, women are different and I think that's the most beautiful thing about them," she added. "I'm very I'm very proud of her."

Like Winter, Hyland has been outspoken on social media and in interviews about her personal struggles, and hopes that has rubbed off on her 18-year-old co-star. "I mean, we've both grown so much as people over the past eight years," she explained. "I hope that gets that from me."

Winter recently opened up to ET about her thought process when sharing pics on social media. "I'm not going to fight with someone on my Instagram that tells me they don't like my outfit or I should put my butt away," she declared. "I'm sorry you think I should put my butt away, but just unfollow me."
