Aly Raisman, Simone Biles and Madison Kocian have ridiculously ripped abs

​​Being a successful gymnast requires hours and hours of practice to perfect technique. But it also requires a ridiculous amount of strength. It doesn't look like Team USA lacked either this summer.

Saturday, a few days after the United States Women's Gymnastics team won gold, star Simone Biles posted a photo of herself, Aly Raisman and Madison Kocian at the beach in Rio. While it was likely meant to just be a celebratory picture of herself and her teammates, all anyone could talk about were their abs. Raisman's abs, in particular, are absolutely ripped.

It's a pretty good reminder that these women are some of the best athletes in the world.

In this year's games, Team USA took home a number of medals. The squad won the Team All-Around. Biles and Raisman finished 1-2 in the Individual All-Around and the Floor Exercise. Biles and Laurie Hernandez finished 2-3 on the Balance Beam. Kocian earned a silver medal in the Uneven Bars. Biles also won gold in the Vault.
