Big clue found in the murder of New York Google manager?

Police may have obtained a key piece of evidence in the murder of New York Google account manager, Vanessa Marcotte.
According to The Daily Mail, authorities have seized surveillance video of a mysteriously bruised man with cuts and scratches. The man appeared at Wachusett Mountain Resort in Princeton, Massachusetts, just 10 minutes away from the crime scene.
A staff member at the resort told police a man arrived with a woman and claimed he had been in a motorcycle accident.
The employee added that the mans arms were, "all cut and scraped."
Investigators believe Marcotte struggled with her attacker. They are asking anyone who has seen a man with fresh injuries on his arms to call the State Police tip line.
Marcotte was home in Massachusetts visiting family when the tragedy occurred.
Police aren't ruling out a possible link between the death of the Google account manager and a look-alike New Yorker who was also murdered while jogging.
