During Team USA's dominating qualifying round on Sunday, the nervous parents of Aly Raisman got back on the emotional roller coaster of watching her compete.

It must be completely nerve-wracking to watch your child compete at the highest level, but the Raisman parents make it seem excruciating.

"I'm a little horrified right now," Rick told USA Today after watching a video of their reactions years ago. "Oh my gosh!"
As painful as it looks, the support Aly gets from her mom and dad is pretty heart-warming.
