Teen makes her pet chicken tiny pancakes because she 'loves them'
If you have a pet, you know that you'd go the extra mile for them. One girl in Chicago definitely showed such affection, but not for a dog or cat like you'd expect; rather, she cares for chickens.

Early last month, Sarah Kulevich in Chicago shared on Twitter that she made teeny pancakes specifically for her chickens:
So this morning I made my chickens tiny pancakes bc I love them and they is good chickens 🐣 pic.twitter.com/6AchxLq7VK

The tweet went viral a few weeks after it was posted, garnering thousands of likes and retweets.
Kulevich spoke to New York Magazine about her unusual pets -- and their unusual diets. She apparently has many chickens. "I don't have a farm. My chickens are the only pets I have, so I spoil them," she said.

This seems like a really sweet gesture, though some were concerned the pancakes were made with eggs -- thus making her pets cannibalistic. The 18-year-old wanted to alleviate these worries: "I did not use eggs in the pancakes. A lot of people have asked, but I did not use any eggs in the pancakes."
So we can rest easy knowing that Kulevich is a dedicated pet parent, just like us.
