Serena Williams is one of the more decorated athletes in the history of sports. A transcendent tennis star, Williams is tied for the most Grand Slam titles in tennis history with Steffi Graf. A picture of incredible fitness, Williams can do anything on the tennis court, and she recently showed she knows how to twerk.

Appearing in a video to demonstrate a five-step process in how to twerk, Williams showed she is an incredible dancer.

In September, Williams was placed on the cover of Self Magazine, and the instructions of how to twerk were included in the piece. The instructions are broken up into five steps, and as shown in the video above, she certainly knows how to work it.

Beginning with The Warmup, Williams then goes into Transitioner, The Wind, Basic Shake, and finally Twerking. Each move is as important as the next, and can really be a valuable tool for those people looking to perfect their twerk for the next time they hit the club.

The 34-year old Williams is still the best women's tennis player in the world, and with her sister Venus, has won 23 WTA Doubles titles. In 2015, she nearly won all four Grand Slam titles, falling short in the U.S. Open. Williams is also the owner of four Olympic gold medals, winning one singles title to go along with her three doubles titles.

Serena will look to win her fifth and sixth gold medals in 2016, as she will be competing in both the singles and doubles events in the Rio Olympics.
