Top 5 Steven Spielberg's Movies

When you think of some of your favorite movies, chances are, they were made during the 1980's.

"The Breakfast Club." "The Goonies." "Ghostbusters." "Footloose." All of these movies not only defined a generation, but also became instant classic with a life span that is never ending. Now, thanks to the recent Netflix series "Stranger Things," which combines countless '80s movie references like "The Goonies" and "Poltergeist," there seems to be a resurgence in '80s film classics.

One of our favorite '80s film, and another film that heavily influenced "Stranger Things," was Steven Spielberg's "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial."

By now, most of us have all seen Spielberg's classic movie about a lost alien who tries to find his way home thanks to 10-year-old boy Elliot. And that got us thinking, what ever happened to Elliot?

The now 45-year-old Henry Thomas who played Elliot has stayed quiet busy since his break-out hit in 1982. For the past 34 years, Thomas has starred in a variety of TV and film projects like "Misunderstood," and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."

Pretty grown up, wouldn't you say! Most recently, the actor has starred in TV mini-series "Sons of Liberty" and horror flick, "Ouija: Origin of Evil."
