The top 10 states where people love (and hate) their jobs the most

Some people just love their jobs--and some people hate them. What about you?

Some people just love their jobs--and some people hate them. While you might think that all this love and hate would be pretty evenly spread across the United States, interestingly enough, that's not the case at all.

A few months ago, Monster paired up with Brandwatch to conduct a study of job satisfaction in the United States--looking at more than 2 million tweets over a 1-year period. What they found was surprising.

In general, workers in less-populated states seem to love their jobs the most, while workers on the East Coast hate their jobs the most. At the same time, West Coasters have lost some of the love they had for their jobs.

But wait! There's more!

According to the Monster/Brandwatch survey, July is the month when people hate their jobs the most--and October is the month when people love their jobs the most. And Thursday is the day of the week when people love their jobs the most. While I would have thought Monday was the most-hated day for jobs, the Monster/Brandwatch survey says it's actually Sunday.
