Lea Michele poses completely naked: 'I love myself, flaws and all'

Lea Michele is proud to say her "body's banging."

The Scream Queens star poses nude for Women's Health UK and shares her secret to being confident in her own skin. "Right now, I feel physically in my best shape and emotionally in my best place," Michele reveals to the magazine. "I'm not perfect. I'm not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all."

The 29-year-old actress adds that getting naked "isn't really an issue" for her.

She also discloses how her workouts have changed since Fox's musical show, Glee, wrapped. "When I left Glee, I needed something to replace all the dancing about I was doing," she explains. "I'm not the kind of person who would go to the gym. For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave [spinning class SoulCycle], the endorphins are buzzing, I'm glowing and I feel like I can take on the world."

Michele took to social media late Sunday to share the images from her bare-all cover shoot. "So honored to follow in the great @chrissyteigen 's footsteps and grace this years cover of @ukwomenshealth Naked Issue," she wrote. "I'm so proud of this cover and I'm so happy I can finally share it with you all!"

Last summer, Michele and her Scream Queens co-star got really into Pilates. "Only Emma Roberts could make working out this hard so much fun!" she told ET. "Love you lady! So happy we are here on this adventure together!"
