As women, I feel like we always put ourselves last. We make time for our jobs, significant others, friends, family, even cleaning, all while putting ourselves on the back burner. Ladies, I think its time that we all make a little more time for us. So, here are 3 simple ways that you can pamper yourself at home every day even if you only have 5 minutes!
1. Relax with a face mask

2. Practice your version of meditation
I recently have been working with a life coach and in this week's lesson she explained that we don't necessarily have to practice meditation by its most popular definition. Most of us think of meditation as sitting quietly in a room chanting "ommm" however, meditation can truly be anything! The point of it is to quiet your mind and that can be something different for each us. For me personally, that is running. I am definitely someone who has trouble "getting out of my head" but for some reason running has always calmed me down and helped me focus.
3. Unwind with a good book
I have always enjoyed reading but after I started working full time, I slowly put that hobby to rest. Now, I set aside at atleast 15 minutes every evening to read. I like to do this before bed because it helps to calm my mind and is so much better than scrolling through Instagram like I used to do before bed. It may sound "dorky" but just trust me, try it!
