What your old Apple products are worth today

As we prepare for the launch of the iPhone 7, we decided to take a look at what the older generations of Apple products are going for online today.

You may have old iPhones or iPods in your desk drawer at home, or an ancient Mac desktop computer tucked away in your basement. Well wipe off the dust, and considering putting these items on eBay! People are still buying these older products, including earlier generation iPhones, iPod Shuffles, iPod Classics, MacBooks and more. And often times, they're going for much more than their original price.

We checked out what some of these older models are selling for today, and listed the average price below to give you an idea if what you could have sitting right in the desk drawer next to you.

So if you have newer replacements of your first version computer, iPhone or iPod, and have no intention of repurposing these items, why not get them off your hands and sell it to a stranger for a big check in the mail? Sounds like a win-win!
