Others thought it was a ruse to get people to rush to an area that would be attacked by terrorists -- something that as all too familiar for Europe at the moment.
Others expressed concern that the place where she wanted to meet, Bethnal Green, is a dangerous place.
Joyce eventually tweeted that she is doing OK early Wednesday morning.

But people kept investigating her recent videos, taking a particular interest in this one:
One YouTube commenter posted a conspiracy theory about it.
He wrote that you can hear her whispering "help me" and it seems like someone is telling her what to do, plus she has several noticeable bruises.
Other commenters have echoed similar theories.
Though she has confirmed she is safe online, what exactly is happening with her is still being investigated.
