A police officer in South Connellsville, Pennsylvania investigating the deaths of an elderly brother and sister described the scene as, "very sad."

The two siblings were found entwined on the floor of their home, and it is believed their deaths were precipitated by a fall, notes the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
