"Hillary is not somebody who fears the future. She believes that it is ours to shape. The same way it’s always been. Hillary understands that we make our own destiny, as long as we’re together. As long as we think of ourselves not as just a collection of individuals or a collection of interest groups, or a collection of states, but as the United States of America. She knows that...our economy works best not when it only benefits a few at the top, but when everybody’s got a fair shot at success." —President Obama
Ending the systemic racism that plagues our country—and rebuilding communities where the police and citizens all see themselves as being on the same side—will require contributions from all of us. White Americans need to do a better job of listening when African Americans talk about the seen and unseen barriers you face every day. We need to try, as best we can, to walk in one another’s shoes—to imagine what it would be like if people followed us around stores, or locked their car doors when we walked past...or if every time our children went to play in the park, or just to the store to buy iced tea and Skittles, we said a prayer—“please God, don’t let anything happen to my baby.” Let’s remember that—not just today, but every day.
What does it say about a presidential candidate when he consistently showers praise on brutal dictators?

Sadly, the American dream is dead. But if I ever get elected president, I will bring it back, bigger and better than ever. •DJT
The Democratic Convention is only a couple weeks away, but many of our delegates can't afford it. Chip in using the link in profile!
Together, we have begun a political revolution to transform America and that revolution continues. Together.
Secretary Clinton has won the Democratic nominating process, and I congratulate her for that.
"I have known Hillary Clinton for 25 years. I remember her as a great first lady who broke precedent in terms of the role that a first lady was supposed to play and as she helped lead the fight for universal health care. I served with her in the United States Senate and know her as a fierce advocate for the rights of children. Hillary Clinton will make an outstanding president and I am proud to stand with her here today." —@BernieSanders
