Woman causes 7-hour flight delay over immediate divorce

Flight delays are an inevitability. Anything can cause them, like plane defects, bad weather or, in this case, an order for immediate divorce.

A flight set to travel from Moscow to Vladivostok was delayed when a woman decided she needed to get off the plane and get an immediate divorce from her husband.

The woman forced her way off the plane, and due to safety regulations, the other 500 passengers were mandated to get off the plane as well.

The flight, which is already eight hours and 20 minutes long, was delayed for a total of seven hours. Pictures of the massive delay were shared on Instagram, and it was not clear if the woman's husband was even on the flight.

This isn't the first time a plane has been delayed by a distressed passenger.

Police in the United Kingdom shared photos from a time they had to arrest a man who was screaming and causing a scene while on the plane.

Another time, a man was apparently so drunk he needed to be restrained.

To give these passengers the benefit of the doubt, it's possible they're simply afraid of flying and just choose to cope in bizarre ways. Though, for the sake of everyone else, they should probably stay out of the sky and stick to road trips.
