Couple charged with assault after hurling pizza rolls at each other
A North Carolina couple was arrested on Monday for allegedly assaulting each other using pizza rolls.
The couple allegedly got into a fight in their apartment when they began throwing pizza rolls at each other. Police responded to the domestic dispute at the couple's home in Gastonia, North Carolin where they were both arrested. The motive behind the incident remains uncertain.

According to arrest records, Brad Scott Beard, 24, and Samantha Brooke Canipe, 21, were charged with one count of misdemeanor simple assault. They were each released on a $2,500 bond from Gaston County Jail, according to jail records.
Beard faces up to 60 days in jail and Canipe faces up to 30 days in jail, WJZY reports.
