You'll get the best sleep on this day of the week
We've all heard of a "lazy Sunday" and a "Manic Monday." But we may have to rename the second day of the work week to Tranquil Tuesday.
A study conducted by the University of Cambridge found Tuesday is when we get the best night's sleep.
Well, we knew it wasn't Monday!
The conclusion was drawn after researchers analyzed the heart rate data of nearly 5,000 people.

The data showed that even though we don't sleep the longest on Tuesday night, we do have the most restorative sleep.
Later in the week, our sleep may be interrupted by a few too many glasses of wine at dinner or consuming richer foods.
The study also showed that women may sleep longer, but men sleep more soundly.
Regardless, come Wednesday morning, you should remind yourself that with the sleep you just got, getting over the hump should be a piece of cake!
