Jermaine Jackson's wife files for divorce

Jermaine Jackson's wife has filed for divorce, TMZ reports.

Halima Rashid reportedly filed the divorce petition on Tuesday, and cited irreconcilable differences and the date of separation as November 28, 2015.

Things were definitely not in shipshape in November 2015 when Halima was arrested for felony corporal injury. She and Jermaine got into a fight over Thanksgiving weekend and he reportedly spit on her and she reportedly bit him leading to her arrest.

The case was inevitably tossed out because the court could not determine who was responsible. This is Jermaine's third wife and she is seeking spousal support. The duo were married in 2004 and don't have any children together.

It's been a rough week for Jermaine. Earlier in the week his brother, Michael Jackson, was accused of having child pornography in his home. Jermaine came to his brother's defense and slammed the salacious rumors, saying that people needed to know the truth.
