Brett Eldredge is taking country by storm. With a CMT and CMA under his belt, the heartthrob is now hitting the road with none other than Keith Urban this summer on a highly-anticipated tour.

As his schedule gets "really crazy" and he starts shipping off to cities across the U.S., the country crooner, who stands at six feet five inches tall, has to get creative with staying in shape.

Enter the 22-Minute Hard Corps workout.

"Literally, you do it in 22 minutes without any kind of -- you don't even need a gym or anything. You can pretty much do it just with yourself. It's easy to do -- the workout's not easy, but I do it outside the bus, I do it in the arena," he said.

Inspired by military bootcamps, the workout developed by Beachbody, employs eight short workouts, six days a week using your body weight as the prop -- and it's not just for country stars on tour.

"For me, it fits the lifestyle of the high intensity schedule," Eldredge said. "We're all working hard in life and to squeeze in a workout can be hard."

Plus, it keeps him up with his new tourmate Keith Urban.

"I'm running around for an hour every night, bouncing up and down and if i'm not in shape, I can't do the show."
