A waitress narrowly avoided a potentially loud mess with her unexpectedly accurate reflexes.

She was grabbing cups from on top of a machine when an errant mug topples over her head making a beeline for the ground. Without even turning around she instinctively pops out her foot, which happens to be perfectly timed and punts the cup right into the sink a few feet away.

She turns around slowly as if she had been expecting a crash, but there was none. Clearly baffled, one of her coworkers gestures toward the cup that's now in the sink, seemingly explaining what happened.

She turns back with a visible sigh of relief and starts laughing along with customers sitting at the bar who saw it all go down.

If only we could all possess her impressive reflexes!
