The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, joined her husband Prince William today to attend the Royal Ascot horse race for the first time. As a favor to the Queen during her birthday celebrations -- who loves horses almost as much as her precious corgis! -- Kate and William joined in on the festivities, dressed to the nines.
Also spotted with the royal couple during the somewhat rainy afternoon? Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark:
The two royal ladies looked lovely as ever, with Kate wearing the white lace Dolce & Gabbana dress we first saw during the Queen's birthday celebration (it's the Cotton Blend Lace Dress, currently 40% off at Net-a-Porter!) and Princess Mary in a striking red Marc Jacobs frock. Both wore gorgeous, elaborate hats, and seemed to have a blast while watching the races.
Kate paired the pretty lace dress with her pointed nude pumps that she has been favoring lately, the Gianvito Rossi 105 pump in dusty rose suede.
