One man tried to disrupt President Obama's motorcade as it traveled through Midtown Manhattan around 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Video posted to Instagram shows 59-year-old Daniel Provencio attempting to ride a Citibike through the motorcade and immediately being tackled to the ground by police.

Even though police had blocked off that part of the road, it didn't stop Provencio from trying to get through.

You can see an officer take Provencio to the ground, and another officer grab the man's arm and make him lie face down. The cops then proceeded to handcuff him.
