Even the always outspoken Madonna was starstruck in the presence of President Barack Obama.
The 57-year-old singer met the president on Wednesday, when they both taped an appearance for Thursday's upcoming episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Madonna shared a picture of herself on Instagram eagerly listening to Obama, captioning the photo, "For once I'm speechless...........President Obama."
The two also posed together for a picture, with Madonna calling their meeting a "cosmic convergence."
"A meeting of the Leo's! A Cosmic Convergence!! 2 ❤ #rebelhearts," she wrote.
Clearly feeling inspired, Madonna also gave a shout-out to her son, 10-year-old David Banda, writing, "Future President!! David Banda!!!!!!"
Last March, Madonna named Obama as the person she most wanted to meet in an interview with Us Weekly.
"When the heck am I going to meet him?" she asked. "He just needs to invite me to the White House already. He probably thinks I'm too shocking to be there. I'm serious."
"If I was a little bit more demure...or if I was just married to Jay Z," she added, which some took at the time as a dig towards Beyonce -- who's married to the rapper. "Hey, if Jay would only take me as his second wife, then I'd score an invitation."
Both Madonna and Obama are currently mourning the loss of boxing legend Muhammad Ali, who died last Friday.
"This Man. This King. This Hero. This Human!" Madonna captioned a sweet throwback pic of the two on Instagram. "Words cannot express. He shook up the World! God Bless Him."
Last Saturday, Obama shared a heartfelt statement about Ali.
