In 2013, Karagiorgis filed a lawsuit after a brawl took place at the opening of RHONJ cast member Kim D's store, Porsche 2. The fight occurred after Joe Gorga approached Johnny to ask about remarks made towards Gorga's wife, Melissa.
This has been a difficult year for Drossos-Karagiorgis. In February, she also mourned the loss of her friend and fellow reality TV star, Big Ang.
My heart breaks for the loss of Big Ang God has gained an angel. May God give her family the strength they need at this time🙏🏻
