The unique project details Snoop's efforts to mentor young athletes and create opportunities for them to compete at the highest level of youth football. We'll meet the kids and coaches that form the high-profile leader's squad -- and witness the important life lessons they learn with every game.

In episode three, we peek inside the lives of some of the kids, including Maximus Gibbs. At 6-foot-4 and nearly 300-pounds, Gibbs is by far the biggest kid on the team. But he also struggles with his size, and is being bullied by some of his teammates. Snoop hopes to give Max the confidence he needs to succeed on and off the field.
