Donald Trump's First Home On The Market for $54 Million

Let's take it back to 1982 when a humble Greenwich, CT mansion was purchased by business mogul Donald Trump for a mere $4M.

The home was then passed on to Ivana Trump following her divorce from Donald in 1992, sold for a solid $10M increase at $14M, and is now currently back on the market for $45M.

The home was previously listed for $54M last year but was quickly dropped after it saw no bite for a bid.

But the price appreciation comes with good reason—the current owners have made some pretty pricey (and outrageous) additions and renovations that one would expect Donald himself to approve of.
