It was a weekend of glam red carpet appearances and lots of sparkle -- whether they were attending the final few days of Cannes, the Billboard Music Awards or various events in London or Rome, celebrities were all decked out.

Kim Kardashian made a statement in a shimmering belted rose gold dress by Talbot Runhof while in London, and Ciara turned heads in Philipp Plein at the Billboard Music Awards. Emmy Rossum was glowing in Marchesa and Elle Fanning continued a stylish week at Cannes with her semi-sheer geometric Zuhar Murad gown.
