The 30-year-old model, who is expecting a daughter later this summer, captioned the black-and-white image, "Life is not about how many breaths you take, is the moments that take your breath away."

On Monday, seven-months pregnant Refaeli donned a colorful, nature-themed, one-piece while posing against twisted branches and greenery.

Since announcing that she and husband Adi Ezra are expecting their first child, Rafaeli has documented her changing maternity figure via workout photos, magazine cover shoots and selfies on Instagram.
Along with plenty of beach time, the model has also been bingeing on Grey's Anatomy, watching eight seasons in four months, and joking that she hopes her daughter will come out wanting to be a doctor as a result.
