Teresa Giudice sends husband Joe a birthday note as he celebrates in prison

Happy birthday, Joe!

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star celebrated his 44th birthday in prison on Sunday -- but he got a very special note from his wife, Teresa, on his big day.

Teresa shared two adorable snaps. The first, a throwback snap taken on a photo shoot, shows the young pair canoodling on the beach ... And save for a few pounds and highlights, they definitely haven't aged a day!

Joe is two months into his 41-month prison term for financial fraud. Teresa, who was released from prison in December after serving 10 months of her 12-month prison term, just turned 44 on May 18. See how she celebrated without her husband in the video above.
