Kylie Jenner's new makeup line, Kylie Cosmetics, has fallen into bad standing with the Better Business Bureau, which recently issued a product alert alleging consumers who have paid for her new line of lip kits have received empty boxes.

According to BuzzFeed, multiple customers have complained that their $29 "Dolce K" lip kits (which include liquid lipstick and a lip liner) arrived without anything in the box.

According to the BBB alert, Kylie Cosmetics says the products are being stolen en route.

"Currently the BBB is receiving multiple complaints from this company's customers claiming that after ordering and paying for products, some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected," the bureau wrote. The company has informed the BBB that they confirm the weight of items shipped prior to shipping but they allege that because of highly-recognizable labeled packaging, containers are being opened and products removed."

According to BuzzFeed, it's plausible someone decided to jack some of the kits — while they retail for $29 direct from Kylie Cosmetics, the line is sold out and some kits are being sold on Ebay for up to $59.
