Kate Hudson flaunts her fit physique for Shape magazine in plunging red suit

Kate Hudson is one hot mama!

The "Mother's Day" actress is on the cover of next month's issue of Shape magazine, and she put her incredibly fit figure on display for the issue's cover shoot.

Hudson, 37, sizzled her way through the sexy shoot in a variety of bathing suits and workout gear, some of which comes from her popular Fabletics line.

The mother of two revealed that, though she's really into the "always challenging" pilates because they "make [her] feel [her] strongest," she's actually not that into dieting.

"I stay really clued into my body," she revealed. "I don't really do diets. When I start to see myself slip a little bit -- [when] I'm slipping and you can see it -- you know, I go back to my protein shakes and my salads, and it makes me feel better."

Hudson shared some of the flawless photos from the issue on her own Instagram, one of which is particularly eye-catching: The bombshell is seen getting out of a pool in a plunging red one-piece that fits her in all the right ways.

In every single one of the photos, Hudson looks amazing and confident in her own skin, a feeling that she confirmed in her accompanying interview with the magazine.

"I love my shape because I really work hard at it," she confessed.
