Ballet has long been used by football players as a tactic to improve balance and footwork. But when Rob Gronkowski does something, he doesn't need a reason.

In Miami with GQ, Gronk continued his busy offseason by trying his very best to learn some ballet. The magazine hooked Nathalia Arja from Miami City ballet up with the New England Patriots tight end to see if she could help transform the mammoth pass catcher into a dancing machine. The results were... about as Gronk-y as ever.

Maybe with a bit more practice, Gronk's ballet skills can catch up to his twerking.
