Britney Spears helps you chase the 'American Dream' in new mobile game

Britney Spears has officially entered the world of celebrity mobile video games with Britney Spears: American Dream, which the the singer released Wednesday (May 18).

In the new game, players customize pop stars-in-the-making and bring them up from performing local gigs to climbing the ladder of success with all the business' glitz and glamor. Users record hit singles, design their own single cover art, dine at Koi Restaurant, fend off rival singers and perform at a range of venues from the local coffee shop all the way up to Spears' stage at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

The game also includes the master version of Spears' hit "Oops!...I Did It Again" and sing-along instrumentals for "Toxic," "Womanizer," "Piece of Me," "(You Drive Me) Crazy" and "...;Baby One More Time," among others.

Spears' new game is now available for from the App Store on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and on Google Play.
