'Real Housewives' star Bethenny Frankel addresses plastic surgery rumors

The "Real Housewives of New York" star revealed the reason behind her changing face -- Botox injections.

"I do look different. I've had Botox in my jaw," she candidly admitted to Daily Mail. "You can see that my jaw has completely changed."

The 45-year-old TV personality has been the target of numerous plastic surgery rumors after she stepped out with a dramatically different face shape earlier this year. One media outlet even speculated she got a face-lift or chin implants.

But Frankel claims the injections around her jaw aren't for vanity reasons -- her dermatologist, Howard Sobel, recommended the non-invasive procedure to treat her constant teeth grinding.

"My dermatologist said to me, 'Why don't we try injecting your jaw because it's so tense,'" she explained.

However, the SkinnyGirl CEO also admitted she'll get injections on other parts of her face to take care of wrinkles.

"'I don't do it religiously," she revealed. "Maybe once a year when I think of it, l'll be like, 'Oh I look like a Shar Pei, let me do that.'"

And if you needed more clarification ... the businesswoman lived up to her straight shooter personality:

"I have not had invasive plastic surgery, I have not had a nose job," she bluntly confirmed.

But her face isn't the only thing about her making jaws drop these days ...

The hot momma took a quick trip to Las Vegas with her 6-year-old daughter over the weekend and posted a sizzlin' snap to prove it! Frankel shamelessly rocked a teeny orange bikini. Doesn't she look incredible?

Others seemed to agree.
