Monday night sure was a special night for "All My Children" actress Susan Lucci.

The acting legend, along with her daughter, Liza Huber, brought her grandson down his first-ever red carpet. Brendan has cerebral palsy and the monumental moment came "just months after he underwent a selective rhizotomy, which involved cutting some sensory nerves in the lower spinal cord in order to make it easier for him to walk," according to PEOPLE.

The 69-year-old daytime star explained to the magazine at the 15th Annual Women Who Care awards luncheon why her grandson's red carpet debut was so significant.

"For the first time he can stand up straight," she said. "His feet are flat on the floor."

Judging by the pictures, little Brendan must've felt like a million bucks walking down that carpet flanked by the two leading ladies in his life: His mother and his grandmother.

Clad in a blue blazer, gingham shirt and khaki shorts, Brendan looked absolutely dapper. Huber wore a sunny yellow dress, and Lucci rocked a textured white dress with matching dangling earrings.
