HGTV expert's top tips to sell your home — without a real estate agent
If you're an HGTV fan, chances are good that you're familiar with the series "Income Property" and its host, Scott McGillivray. On the show, McGillivray helps homeowners turn portions of their houses into rental apartments that will offset their mortgages.
