Constructed out of floor to ceiling glass walls, you would think that this seven-bedroom, custom-designed house would be enough of a focal point itself.

But in the case of "Los Primos," the biggest waterfront property in the Punta del Este region of Uruguay, the house itself is just a slice of what makes this place so unbelievably incredible.

Sitting on a solid 220 acres, the house was designed by Pachi Firpo (a famed Argentinian architect) and luxury yacht designer Jack Setton whose aim was to create a place that was both "esthetically beautiful and pleasant to live in."

To say the least, we'd say they succeeded.

You really have to take a look at this property to believe it:

The home doesn't only offer the best of both worlds but virtually the best of every world you'd ever want to find yourself a part of.

To the east, the home becomes a gorgeous beachfront property, with views of a virtually private beach (access to the land is extremely limited and unreachable from outside the home).

And to the west, the home offers cozy forest and true Uruguayan nature vibes, including a customized and eloquently landscaped amphitheater. You know, for all those concerts and private performances you'll be having.

The estate comes with every outdoor entertainment facility your heart could ever desire. Ideal for soaking up that South American sunshine, the property boasts equestrian facilities, its own golf course (yes, seriously), a tennis court, and a pool that sits just shy of 100 feet long. This is all in addition to the 1,400 feet of beachfront land, of course. Oh, and that amphitheater.

Another unique touch about the estate is the presence of Firpo's totemic statues scattered throughout the property. Handcrafted and iconic of the architect's style, these totems are statement pieces in and of itself. But when it comes to Los Primos, they're merely decorative touches.

The property is on the market for $12.9M, though suggestions for who should perform at your first private amphitheater concert are not included in the price.
