Eva Longoria sparks breakup rumors after red carpet appearance

Eva Longoria was a vision in neon pink on the red carpet ... but it wasn't her bright frock that had heads turning.

The 41-year-old actress arrived at a charity event in Burbank, California, on Monday looking stunning per usual, but something was noticeably absent -- her sparkling engagement ring from beau José "Pepe" Bastón.

Is there trouble in paradise?

Bastón proposed to Longoria in 2015 after meeting her through a mutual friend two years prior.

The gorgeous star actually revealed there were no sparks -- at first.

"I was getting out of a bad relationship, and he was getting out of a relationship, so there wasn't a connection," the celeb admitted to PEOPLE.

Longoria's recent eyebrow-raising move has some speculating whether the engagement has been called off. She didn't shy away from showing her ring-less hand, as she posed with her left hand on her hip.

If the rumors were true, it wouldn't be Longoria's first high-profile split.

The former "Desperate Housewives" star filed for divorce from NBA star Tony Parker in 2010 after only three years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

"It was a difficult and painful experience in my life," Parker revealed to Hello! magazine.
