Social media has become a valuable outlet for consumers to voice their concerns to companies about products they've purchased. And in many cases representatives have gone above and beyond to right their wrongs.

But one unhappy customer learned a hard lesson when she tried to cheat the system.

A woman took to Facebook to share her disdain about avocados she allegedly purchased at the Australian fruits and vegetable grocery store, Woolworths.

However, Woolworths wasn't having it and called the woman out on her bluff.

It turns out the photo the woman used was from a real post submitted to the grocer in 2014.

Perhaps next time she tries to scheme her way into getting free products she'll use an original photo.
