Huon Island, a small but beautiful island in south-eastern Australia, recently hit the market -- but it was snatched rather quickly.
Take a peek at the island:
Huon Island was listed for $235,000 -- that's only slightly more expensive than the average price for a home in the U.S., which comes out to around $189,000.
The island takes approximately ten minutes to reach by boat and is relatively secluded.
The property isn't always bikini-weather friendly, with the average temperature ranging from 51 to 71 degrees year-round -- but when you consider that your front yard would be the Pacific Ocean, it's not a bad deal.
