What do you get when you mix board games, late night television and insanely chubby babies? Fat baby bingo, of course!

The ingenious segment was concocted by the 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' writing team and aired Tuesday night for the first time on the show.

Kimmel can barely contain himself as all 12 infants pop up on the screen at once, before saying, "Ladies and gentlemen, the 2016 Los Angeles Rams."

As his assistant rolls out his Bingo hopper, Kimmel begins picking individual names from the 'bowl a' contestants,' who are then given the chance to video call Jimmy one-on-one.

We meet three babies up-close-and-personal in the segment, whose parents attempt to explain how their mini sumo wrestlers achieved their girth.

The best part? Before signing off with the families, Kimmel announces that every baby featured will receive a mini sports bra and the mothers who have to tote them around will be gifted massages.

Talk about having your cake and eating it too!
