Scott Disick posts steamy PDA-filled picture for Kourtney Kardashian's birthday

Kourtney Kardashian may be across the pond in Iceland, but one person in her life is noticeably absent from that trip: Scott Disick.

The 37-year-old is joined in Iceland by her sister Kim Kardashian, as well as Kanye West, Simon Huck, Johnathan Cheban and more.

Instead of joining the trip, Disick took to Instagram to do what the rest of Kardashian's family did: Wish her a happy birthday with an old photo with her. But, being Disick, he didn't just choose any old photo.

For his birthday post, Disick chose a picture of him and Kardashian making out in the ocean from when they were still together. It's unclear where and when the snap was taken, but seeing the two getting hot and heavy is most definitely a throwback. Their relationship may have been tumultuous, but there's no doubt that it was real.

"Happy birthday @kourtneykardash," Disick captioned the photo. "Everyone who knows you loves you so much!"
